This is a question I’m hearing over and over on the internet lately. Does a completely automated marketing system exist and where can I find it. Before we answer the question, let’s figure out what a completely automated marketing system would consist of.
I went back and forth on this for the longest time, before I realized that Network Marketing today is not about whether Automated Network Marketing is better than Traditional “in person” Network Marketing. Neither are better, at this point in time. Network marketing is a person to person business, there is just no way around this, but, at the same time, there are many ways to grow and enhance your network marketing business through automation.

If you are using only one method, you are missing out. That is why I have my main back end business where I use the teaching tool “Mentoring for Free” AND my up front business “The Spiderweb System”. Both are automated, in some way or another, but one is more on the personal end and one is more automated because you need both if you are going to be successful in any MLM.

Desktop publishing, also referred to as DTP, is the combination of a personal computer and an application software that manages graphics, tables and charts along with text, also know as WYSIWYG application to come up with publication documents for use in promotional items, trade show exhibits, point of sale displays or outdoor signs. Professional desktop publishing applications are now available with advanced capabilities blurring the line between desktop publishing and other applications like web design or software design. Before the creation of any document, you need to have the design. This design phase in desktop publishing determines how the document will look like in its basic form. This however is not a linear process but involves going back and forth to finally come up with the entire design. Some requirements in the design phase are the form and function of the document as the actual elements to be designed. Next, is to conceptualize the themes, layouts and have some thumbnail sketches to go along with them. The color, font and images also need to be determined at this phase.

The building blocks of all designs are the elements of design. These are lines, shapes, mass, texture and color and need to be chosen carefully to convey the message. Lines, for example, can be used to provide movement, simulate texture or guide the eye. The shapes used can either be natural, abstract or geometric and can be used in a variety of ways either to grab attention or convey a mood or emotion.

In desktop publishing, you also need to take into consideration principles of design. These are balance, unity, alignment, consistency, contrast and white space. These principles determine the effectiveness of the design and how attractive it will appear. Alignment can be used to bring excitement to a stale design, aid readability or foster familiarity. Contrast, on the other hand, can be used to help certain design elements stand out.

Some common desktop publishing tools include Adobe InDesign, PageMaker, Publisher and Ventura. Much of the graphic designing is also accomplished using these desktop publishing software tools and as a result, graphic designers and non-designers have come together to create visual communications, thanks to desktop publishing.

Samsung said recently that they will be producing 3D HDTVs on a large scale. They have launched a rather impressive list of 3D HDTVs at the recent CES in Las Vegas. Samsung stated they will be producing 3 sizes initially, in 40-inch, 46-inch, and 55-inch versions employing Samsung’s exclusive true 240Hz technology. The Nikon D700 is Nikon’s excellent full-frame SLR that takes the D3’s large ‘FX’ format sensor and squeezes it into smaller body. In the race for the 3D technology pie, major electronics giants Sony, Samsung and Panasonic have announced their line of 3D televisions and 3D capable bluray players. Sony is first to officially release its 3D player called the Sony BDP-S470 which is slated to be released in the middle of next month. It will initially be a 2D player pending a firmware update that will come in Summer.

Panasonic will also follow suit with its flagship DMP-BDT350. It received the Consumer Electronics Association’s esteemed Innovations Award 2010 for its innovative 3D technology. The 3D ready BDT350 features VIERA CAST, 96kHz surround sound re-master, multi-format playback and 1080p up-conversion for DVDs. It is the only player with dual HDMI outputs.

To fully enjoy 3D playback you will need to upgrade your TV to a 3D model plus you will need to get a pair of 3D glasses for each member of your family.
