Weight Training Workouts
If you want to gain muscle size and strength and get rid of that extra body fat you should start doing weight training workouts. It’s best to try a weight training workout split routine so you can train the entire body over 3 different workouts to allow you to train every muscle group with a lot of intensity and get plenty of recovery time between individual muscle workouts. If you try to do just a little more in the amount of reps or weight done per set of every exercise at each workout you’ll gain strength and size.
