Discover the Halo 3 Skulls
Another new addition to Halo 3 are the Halo 3 Skulls. These skulls once obtained can allow the gamer to change their game play by making it more challenging, or changing things such as dialogue or appearance. These skulls are generally placed out of the way so that gamers have to look around in different levels to be able to find them. This however does tend to lead to frustration for many gamers who have no idea where to look. For those gamers, there are many different walkthroughs available for them all over the internet to help them obtain these skulls.
There are two types of categories of Halo 3 skulls that can be found, and each skulls, achieves something different. These two categories consist of Gold Skulls and Silver Skulls. Gold Skulls will give the gamer 10 gamer points when they are first acquired. There are 9 in total and if the gamer collects all 9 they will unlock the body and shoulder Hayabusa armor. The Gold skulls generally affect game play that will allow the gamer to make his or her game play more challenging.
