Doing Cardio To Burn Fat

For natural fat loss, you can’t beat cardio workouts. Doing cardio will speed up your metabolic rate and burn calories. Running, jogging, biking, and elliptical machine workouts are all great ways to do cardio. If you find these forms of cardio to boring you can participate in a sport like soccer or basketball to get your exercise in. Try to do some cardio work at least 5 times weekly and stick with to get rid of those extra pounds.
