We need invoicing software
I don’t know what sort of software system I need to get to manage my increasingly growing business. I have clients that I need to invoice so I suppose I need some sort of invoicing software? when I look for invoicing software there is a lot of it around and finding the right one might be a bit of a challenge. I also need to keep in contact with my clients on a regular basis so I suppose I need some sort of contact management software too. I’ll be looking for a contact management software system that will be used across the board of my company allowing access to my sales team, accounts department etc. The system mustn’t be too complicated either because I don’t think the staff would use it if it were. When we do implement a system that suits our needs my next concern will be how to train everyone how to use it. As we haven’t had a system yet and we have been doing everything manually I think it will be a key feature of the business management software working for us. The best idea will probably to get myself and perhaps two others trained up full and then we can do the in house training ourselves and then go back to the management software company we choose when we have a problem, this way we can keep track of what challenges there are. It will also keep from individuals calling the company about little things. We definitely need something before things get out of hand and we loose clients.
