Today is the day that many Android fans have been waiting for. The HTC EVO 4G is being sold in stores today and runs on the Sprint network. This particular phone model is historically significant because it is the first 4G enabled cell phone in the United States.

This phone has been getting a lot of attention from the time it was just a rumor with the code name “Supersonic” and the attention is well deserved. Besides the 4G radio ,this phone sports an 8 MP camera (that shoots 720p video) and a 1.3 MP front facing camera. HTC and Sprint have taken advantage of the dual cameras and included video chat and Qik live broadcasting software with the phone.
